These 1:1 sessions are designed for people who want to look after their bodies before pain or injury becomes the problem.

 

Rather than generic exercise, sessions focus on:

    •    Strengthening often-overlooked areas

    •    Maintaining mobility, balance and confidence

    •    Supporting everyday movement and activity

 

Each session is personalised, practical and adapted to how you move and live.

Sessions evolve over time depending on your needs and goals.

    •    Price: From £65-£75 per session

    •    Location: Mobile at your home, office or place of choice

    •    Intro rate: £60 (after Discovery Call)
