With a Private Pilates Training Program will give you the advantage of a personalised workout plan that will challenge and progress your practice. You will not only get stronger, but improve your flexibilty, posture and balance, by using the resistance of springs or your own bodyweight.
Each hour long, full-body workout is designed to progress you from the basic to advanced Pilates exercises using the Reformer, Chairs, Barrels, Pedi Pole, Mat and other small equipment with the ultimate goal of having “complete control over your body”.
With a consistent Pilates practice you’ll be in greater control of how you move and feel in your body; no matter your age, size, or current fitness level.
The key to a successful Pilates practice is consistency. An ideal training program is 2-3 workouts per week, mixture of 1 private session and 1-2 at home or class workouts, which gives your body and mind the opportunity to create and retain new movement habits.
