WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE LINK TO ACCESS MY ONLINE CLASS?
Once you have signed up to a class and confirmed you will be automatically sent a Zoom link which will allow you access to the virtual class.
If you haven't received an email 5 minutes after signing up for your class, drop me a quick email to let me know and I will make sure you receive the link asap.
WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU USE FOR THE VIRTUAL CLASSES?
I'm using an interactive video software called Zoom to host my online classes. You can download the latest version of Zoom here.
DO I NEED TO KEEP MY CAMERA ON DURING CLASS?
You always have a choice about whether you want to turn your camera on or off for class! While its useful to have your camera turned on, as this helps me with giving you additional support with alignment or adjustments and it is by no means necessary.
If you do wish to have your camera on plus try and set it up so that I can see your whole body while you are doing the class.

WHAT'S YOUR ONLINE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel your online class we have a 90 minute cancellation policy. In order to avoid being charged for a class you can no longer attend, please ensure you early cancel at least 90 minutes before the class begins.
Any late cancels or no-shows will be charged as if they attended class.
DO I NEED PROPS FOR AN ONLINE CLASS?
Props are only necessary for some classes and are mentioned in the class description.
