A focused 45–50 minute Pilates-based session. Small group, thoughtful, at your own pace. Each ritual works on a specific part of the body.
Tea
A SoberLeaf botanical tea at the close of movement — cold brew, hot brew or botanical mocktail depending on the ritual. Poured slowly. Drunk quietly.
Reflection
A ritual card with sensory prompts to take home. Space to write. Space to notice. Something to return to during the week.

No — each ritual stands alone. Come to one or come to all four.

None. Pilates-based, small group, completely adaptable.
